How long does it take to see results?
It really depends. For some clients - fixing up some critical technical issues has caused 20%+ growth in Organic Traffic within the first month. For most clients however, you'll typically start to see growth from months 3-8.
What if you're not satisfied?
If you aren't satisfied after the first month with how things are progressing - you won't have to pay anything. You can also cancel your 6-month contract if you took that option.
